Curriculum
Levels 1 – 6
Foundation
Introduction to yoga philosophy, basic asana, breath awareness and the yamas & niyamas as a foundation for practice and teaching.
Applied Practice
Deepening asana practice with alignment principles, introductory anatomy and physiology relevant to safe teaching.
Methodology
Teaching methodology, class sequencing, voice and cueing, and hands-on practicum under supervision.
Therapeutic Foundations
Introduction to therapeutic yoga and prop-based adaptation for common physical and stress-related conditions.
Advanced Anatomy & Pranayama
Advanced study of anatomy, pranayama techniques and subtle body concepts for experienced practitioners.
Evaluator & Consultant Track
Preparation for evaluator-level certification and therapeutic yoga consultancy, aligned with YCB standards.
Level-wise duration, fees and intake dates are shared during enquiry — course structure aligns with Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH guidelines. Official YCB Certification Courses (Level 1, 2 & 3) are also offered alongside our in-house YTTC Levels 1–6, for aspiring teachers seeking government certification.
